If you are reading this, you are looking for help.
My goal is to help you identify and heal the barriers that are preventing you from living your most meaningful and successful life.
I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and UK and Europe accredited EMDR therapist. I specialise in the treatment of trauma and addictions (substances and behaviours). I am experienced in helping with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, abuse, bullying, low self-esteem, relationship issues, OCD and phobias.
In addition to classic therapeutic interventions, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (for trauma and negative core beliefs), Motivational Interviewing (for ambivalence and behavioural change), the Rewind Technique (for PTSD, phobias and anxiety), Emotional Freedom Technique (to help with feeling 'stuck'), Internal Family Systems (for parts work) and Dream Work/Creative Imagination (to access unconscious material).
I work online and face-to-face (in London Paddington), Monday to Friday and have availability for sessions during the day and evening.
Please get in touch.
People come to therapy when they encounter problems in themselves, their relationships or their work.
Talking to a therapist might feel like an admission of weakness but if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, maybe it is time to seek support.
Together we’ll look back to understand what’s shaped you—and from there, begin to heal and discover new ways to move forward. Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. While we’ll hold space for what’s painful, we’ll also make room for creativity, curiosity, and even moments of lightness and connection.
My role is to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment. I’ll support you in seeing yourself and your life from fresh perspectives, and together we’ll work toward healing and a greater sense of wholeness—so you can live a life that feels meaningful, joyful, and truly yours.

With an internationally recognized MSc in Addictions from King's College London and having worked in the field for over 15 years, I’ve developed the skills to provide effective, compassionate support for those struggling with substance misuse and dependency. I have a deep respect for the 12-step program and its value in recovery. I also understand that no single approach works for everyone. That’s why I work flexibly, adapting to your unique needs, preferences, and goals—so we can find the path to healing that’s right for you.
If you're struggling with addiction—or supporting a loved one who is—you're not alone, and help is available.
You might feel scared to open up, especially if you've never spoken to anyone about this part of your life. That’s okay. I understand how vulnerable that can feel.
If you've tried your local drug and alcohol service and felt it didn’t fully meet your needs, I hear you. If you're attending 12-step meetings but want to explore things more deeply in a one-to-one space, I’m here to support you.
Whatever your path has looked like so far, we can work together to find the kind of support that truly fits you.
“Addiction is passion’s dark simulacrum and, to the naïve observer, its perfect mimic. It resembles passion in its urgency and in the promise of fulfillment, but its gifts are illusory. It’s a black hole.”
― Gabor Maté

Sometimes we’re able to recover naturally from painful experiences—especially with time, support, and connection. But when trauma is stored in the brain in unprocessed ways, whether through one overwhelming event or a series of smaller, cumulative hurts, it can leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected. You might notice things like nightmares, difficulty in relationships, or a lingering sense of unease—even when nothing seems 'wrong' on the surface. These responses are your nervous system’s way of trying to keep you safe. The problem is, it can get stuck in protection mode, even when the threat has long passed.
Therapy offers a way to gently process these experiences so your mind and body can begin to feel safe again. I draw on a range of approaches—including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and creative therapies—each of which offers a unique path to healing. When combined, they allow us to approach trauma from multiple angles, helping you move forward with greater ease, clarity, and self-compassion.
"Trauma fractures comprehension as a pebble shatters a windshield. The wound at the site of impact spreads across the field of vision, obscuring reality and challenging belief."
― Jane Leavy

Therapy is a collaborative journey that asks both client and therapist to be open, curious, and sometimes vulnerable. Over time, we all develop defenses—ways to protect ourselves and stay safe—but these can also keep us disconnected from our true selves. Through dreams, imagination, and creative expression, we can gently move beyond these barriers and reconnect with who we really are. I’ve completed a two-year Diploma in working with dreams at the Dream Research Institute, and I often incorporate expressive modalities and therapeutic art into my practice to support this deeper exploration.
"Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning."
